The KB Foundation’s Youth Enrichment Camp is an exciting summer day camp for middle school boys and girls in the Norristown School District.
This summer program offers a safe, fun, and engaging environment where students can learn, explore, and grow while making new friends.
Breakfast and lunch will be provided daily.
CAMP ACTIVITIES
ROBOTICS
Aimed at fostering STEM skills, this activity emphasizes creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork. Campers develop applied skills as they design, build, and program robotics in a collaborative environment. The robotics camp fosters a culture of tinkering – if you can think it, you can make it.
SCIENCE
Engaging, hands-on, and fun science experiments in a safe environment will inspire the next generation of STEM leaders. Campers use collaborative projects, demonstrations, and experiential learning to expand their creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
SWIMMING
Swimming at camp offers a refreshing way for kids to stay active while building confidence in the water. Whether splashing in the shallow end or perfecting their strokes, swimming provides a fun and engaging break from the summer heat.
FIELD TRIPS
Fridays are for extra fun. Field trip days may include an offsite destination, such as a museum, state capitol, or a local farm.
Campers are transported by licensed transportation and field trips are included in the camp fee.
ARTS & CRAFTS
Campers engage in hands-on projects developing fine motor skills and self-expression. They become visual thinkers while creating robot parts/accessories using provided materials, personalizing their robots as lasting camp memories.
FITNESS & AGILITY
Fitness and agility activities at camp help kids build strength, coordination, and endurance in a fun and engaging way. These activities promote teamwork, confidence, and a love for movement, all in an encouraging and supportive environment.
