My Buddy Reading Program
A Mentoring Opportunity
This program is focused on ensuring the literacy skills of our youth. The My Buddy Reading program is designed to support families that would like their children to focus additional time on reading skills and ability.
How It Works
The KB Foundation Inc. will host the My Buddy Reading program weekly on ZOOM at the same time slots. This pre-scheduled time will be required for mentors and mentees at the start of being paired up.
Parent Mentee and Mentor Organizing
Once the reading buddies show consistency in meeting at a minimum of four times, the parent of the mentee and the adult reading buddy can organize with the KB Foundation, to continue reading on a schedule that works best for the match.
