This program is focused on helping young men 17 -24 get on the path towards achieving success in their life.
Career Exploration

The design of The Answer Project will start with four mandatory career exploration workshops, to understand the interest of the young men enrolled.
A Retreat Weekend

The young men enrolled will participate in the P.O.W.E.R. retreat weekend, where they will learn hands-on technical skills and gain valuable knowledge on what it takes to work in specific industries.
