Founder & CEO
Kirklyn “Kirk” Berry is a dynamic speaker, course creator, and the celebrated author of “5 Powerful Tips For Motivating Youth” and “90 Minutes For 90 Days.” Kirk is recognized as a leading expert in the field of Fatherhood around the country.
Kirk founded KB Enterprise LLC (www.kirkberry.com) in 2009, a youth advocacy firm dedicated to forging academic and recreational campaigns that engage, inspire, and motivate youth. Kirk has been invited to speak at service organizations and academic institutions on how to effectively engage youth. Through his captivating speaking engagements, Kirk urges communities to uplift this generations youth by expanding their limits and placing the utmost importance on academic performance. His life’s goal is to teach youth that difficult experiences can be overcome and are the foundation for building a stronger, better, and more satisfying future.
Kirk has his degree in Business Management from The State University Of New York at Buffalo and resides in the Philadelphia area with his wife and two children.

Justin Fishman is the Vice President of Operations and Programming for the KB Foundation.
Justin is a United States Navy Veteran and a Lieutenant (O3) in the US Navy Reserves.
Previously, Justin was a Director at Shelbourne Capital, a Radnor, PA- based private equity commercial real estate firm, as well as Vice President/Investments for Stifel Financial Corp in its Conshohocken, PA office. Justin was a volunteer financial literacy workshop facilitator for Project D.A.D, a federally granted program with a mission to help non-custodial fathers and families in Philadelphia.
In addition, Justin led the growth and expansion of Summer at Courtyard, a recreational camp free of cost for children from low-income families.
He graduated, with honors, from George Washington University with a BBA and subsequently earned an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. Additionally, he is a graduate of the U.S. Naval War College with a Joint Professional Military Education Phase I. His certifications include: CSCMP - SCPro Level One, RBLP Resilience-Building Leadership Professional, Real Essentials Certified Educator, and Red Cross Lifeguard for Professional Rescuers and First Aid.
Justin, born in Philadelphia and raised in Montgomery County, currently lives with his wife, Rachel, their three children, and their new dog, Teddy, in the Queen Village Section of Philadelphia.
