Nicoles has 12 years of sales, account management, and leadership experience in non-profit and corporate relations.

As a District Business Manager, she worked to bring medical breakthroughs to hospital systems across the state of PA as a leader within Pfizer’s cardiovascular division.

Nicole’s joy for developing others led her to pursue a certification as a professional life coach through the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) in 2021. Since then, she has helped dozens of clients redefine fulfillment in their careers, aligning to a path that works for them and not against them.

She is excited to serve on this board and love’s her husband’s, Kirk Berry’s devotion to supporting youth in their community. She is also passionate about providing their own children with the opportunity and experiences that countless others have given her along her personal and professional journey. The arrival of their first son makes this goal feel even more substantial.

She’s ready to work with this talented group of advisors to bring the best experience to kids all across Norristown and ultimately nationwide.
